I’m a 35 year old playful optimist that's west coast laid back and east coast practical. Join me on my journey of self love and discovery! The idea for this blog was born in 2018 when I started dating in earnest for the first time after ending an eight year long relationship and had a crash course in online dating. I also started dating myself - building the community I've long craved, going to solo happy hours to read over a glass of wine, sweating it out at hip hop dance classes, attending concerts at small venues, and learning to use a power drill. I am now happily partnered and live with someone I met on OkCupid in 2020.
